I was so tired of fiddling with my keys to open my front door.
A friend told me about Instalock(R) and how it worked with my existing door lock. I’m a tenant and could not change out my door lock even if I wanted to, (not that I would want to!) as I’m not a handy woman LOL! My keys still work and my landlord doesn’t know the difference. I couldn’t believe how easy it was to put on my door. I’m 80 years old! If I can do it, anyone can! It’s a great product. If you’re over using keys to get into your door like I was, then this is a simple solution.

First off, I never write reviews. I just fell in love with this product and wanted to support its success. We had a party at my house last weekend. I was outside by the Swimming Pool when the Pizza delivery guy called that the Pizza had arrived. I pressed the remote on my Instalock(R) and told him to come out by the Pool. It was great! I didn’t have to get up and go to the front door to unlock it. What’s great about this product is the remote works from super long distances. It was super easy to install over my regular door lock. I love the convenience. We were thinking about installing a more expensive smart lock that works with your phone. Quite honestly when I really though about it, why do I want to use my phone to open my front door? This works just like my car door with a super small convenient remote. I’m going to buy the keypad for the cleaning lady. My girl friend loves it too! This is a great product for the money.

I live in a 55 plus Condo building and we are not allowed to change our door locks because of the Condo rules. The Instalock(R) product was so convenient and easy to install. Installation really was as easy as they say it is. I purchased mine on special offer and it came with 2 remotes. People should know that this product goes over your dead bolt on the inside of your door and uses your existing door lock, so your key still works. This just makes your current door lock a remote controlled door, just like your car! At night I lock the door manually, just like before. You really have to experience this product to appreciate how easy it works. What a simple idea. I wish I had thought of it!

I bought my Instalock(R) a few months ago on their special offer with 2 remotes included in the package. I love it! The convenience was so worth it to me, and it was so easy to install. It is so simple and easy to use. No more keys! Great product! If you buy one you will love it too! I tell all my friends about Instalock(R).

I don’t know why someone didn’t think of this before! I live in a second floor apartment. As a tenant I’m not allowed to change my door lock. I hate using keys! When I pull up to my parking spot, I press the remote button and when I get up upstairs my front door is open! It’s really great!!! And my key still works if I ever want to use it. Not! Installation was super easy too. I took out of the box, removed the battery tabs and attached it over my door lock. The remote was already programmed from the factory. Literally 10 seconds and it was done! Highly recommended!!!

My 90-year-old Mother lives with me. I purchased the Instalock(R) so she wouldn’t have to get up to open the door when her friends or help shows up. It’s really a great product! She loves it! It was super easy to install and attached right over my door lock. I did have to adjust my door lock strike plate as my door lock didn’t open and close very smoothly. I went online to their website and followed the video instructions on how to get my lock to open and close properly. I’m not too mechanically inclined, but it was easy to do.
I would recommend this to anyone who doesn’t want to use their keys anymore, or needs the convenience of opening the door without having to get up physically to open their door. I love the fact when I come home, I can press the button and walk right in without using a key, although your keys do still work as the lock is your old lock! Whoever thought of this idea is genius! Super cool!

I have a buddy of mine who recently installed a smart lock in his home. It’s so nice not use a key anymore.
I saw the Instalock(R) product online and decided to take a chance and buy it. Like I said I’m not handy and no way want to mess with changing my lock, or paying someone. Like most people I don’t like having to use a key to open my door. If you think about, in this day and age, it’s ridiculous! We don’t use keys for opening our car doors? So I bought one. I figured if I didn’t like it I would send it back anyway. It turns out this product is exactly what they say it is. It takes longer to read the instructions than it does to install. Great product! Very happy with my purchase.

I love my Instalock(R)!!! As a single woman I’ve always felt concerned when I come home at night having to fumble with my keys to open my door. I pull up in my car, press the remote button and my front door is open! No more fumbling for keys, or putting grocery bags down. I think this a great product, especially for tenants like myself because my landlord can still get in my door with the key. A first I didn’t understand that this works on the inside of the door with my old lock. It just fits over the door lock paddle. I went to their website and watched the installation video. It’s so simple anyone can put it on their door. The other thing I was concerned about was security. Could anyone else got in my door? But then I read it has the same rolling code technology as my car remote. I know that works, so I was fine.
I really love this product. I would have paid twice the amount to have the convenience. Worth every penny!!!

As a single woman I was always concerned when coming home at night, or when going jogging that some creepy guy may be behind me when I’m searching through my keys to open my door. Now it’s so much easier to open my door with the press of a button. Installation was easy too! If I see anything that requires tools to install, or put together, I stay away from it! LOL! This just magnetizes over your regular door lock. It was so easy! Definitely recommended.
